Refund Policy

Everything we sell is digital and access is granted immediately after purchase. Because of that, refunds work differently per product, and the terms for each are listed below.

To request a refund, email nate@aiautomationsociety.com from the address you purchased with and include your order number. We reply within one business day.

One Person AI Agency

7-day money-back guarantee.

Go through the material and start implementing. If you do not feel it is worth far more than what you paid, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and you get every dollar back. No questions and no hoops.

After 7 days, the purchase is final. You keep lifetime access and every future update either way.

AI Automation Society Plus

7 days free, then $129 per month.

Nothing is charged for the first 7 days. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing at all.

After the trial, billing runs monthly at $129. You can cancel any time from your account portal, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then.

Monthly payments already taken are not automatically refunded, because you had access for that period. If you were charged after intending to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will sort it out.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, email us first. A chargeback locks the account while the bank investigates, which usually takes longer than us simply refunding you.

Products added later

Each product we add will have its own terms listed in this policy. If a product is not listed here, the 7-day money-back guarantee above applies to it by default.
